Ticket details:
Dialog that https://www.hostedredmine.com/issues/883354 is about to add is missing a title, showing the binary name ('freeciv-gtk3.22') instead (as the gtk+ default). To get the dialog finally in testing I would not want to make another round of fixes in that original hrm ticket, but instead push that with the title as it is, and handle setting a sensible title in a new ticket; this one.
