Ticket details:
People getting "cannot find Qt6 development files" -error from the configure may (erroneously) conclude that Qt6 is now a requirement to build Qt-client/Qt modpack installer/ruledit at all. Configure should hint about the possibility to use --with-qtver=qt5.
