Some libcurl calls deprecated since curl 7.56
Patches, including S2_6 one.
Now getting the problem on several environment (new curl version spreading).
While this is not a freeciv regression (had earlier freeciv versions been used with the new curl, same deprecations would have existed), I guess we need to include fix to 3.1.0-alpha5 already.
Current patch breaks Crosser/Meson build (basically broken for any meson cross-compile), as include directories for the curl mime API support test are not properly set up.

New master/S3_1 patch addresses this.
There are some deprecation warnings about freeciv use of libcurl with curl >= 7.56.
