Subconv++ is a user-friendly command line tool for
adjusting movie subtitles in various formats. It
can convert from one format to another. The
currently supported formats are microdvd, subrip,
TMplayer, CSV, subviewer, and jacosub. Time stamps
may be adjusted, and the duration of subtitle
adjustment is shown.
