アプリをダブルクリックしても反応無し。
アプリと同じ場所に hs_err_pidXXXX.log というファイルは確認出来ず。

Javie: 0.5.13
OS: Windows7 Home Premium (64bit)
CPU: Core i5 4790K
MEM: 8GB
GPU: NVIDIA GTX660
GPUドライバ: 347.25
Java: 8.0.250

再インストールしても駄目でした。

64ビット版をダウンロードしたのであれば、64ビット版Javaをインストールすることで使えるはず。
そちらのほうがパフォーマンスがよくなると思うのですが...
