Noob here... If we have a non-trump lead. Second player trumps. Does the next have to throw a non-winning trump? Or can they throw off if they do not have lead suit?

Yes, if you can't follow suit and have a trump, it has to be played. Rules vary in different locations, but this appears to be most common rule. I am still working on the shuffling algorithm and have made some changes. Also a few minor problems have been fixed. There doesn't appear to be a lot of interest, so have not uploaded them.
