バージョンアップについては、基本的には上書きで
インストールしてもらえばよいのですが、インストール
前には念のため（設定ファイルやデータベースを）
バックアップしておくことをおすすめします。

以下は、お使いのバージョンごとのバージョンアップ
方法の概要です。

(1)Windows 版の場合
現在使っている POPFile のバージョンにかかわらず
新しいバージョンを上書きインストールするだけです。

(2)クロスプラットフォーム版の場合
基本的にはアーカイブを展開した内容を上書きする
だけですが、0.22.0 以前のバージョンからバージョン
アップする場合には、いくつかのモジュールを追加
インストールする必要があります。

(3)私が作成した Mac OS X 版の場合
