UTF-8 is not working in Tombo_2

Tombo_2_0b4_wm5_en seems does not support correctly
documents in UTF-8 encoding. If I save the file and
open it again I see just question marks (??????)
instead normal characters. In Tombo 1.17 everything
works fine.
