It seems distinctly unhelpful for people to rate this project if they have no idea what the purpose of the software is. I have used TortoiseSVN to access my NAS-based subversion repository with no problems that were not user error on my part. On our Mac we use Xversion to access the same repository. Both Subversion clients work very effectively.
Pros
TortoiseSVN allows us to manage multiple versions of any types of files that we have tried.
The Windows explorer cascading subcommands are very easy to use
Cons
No cons from me. I really appreciate this software.

I'm not sure what this software is intended to do, or what it can be used for, even.

works as advertised. Gives you all the svn features from the right click context menu
Best SVN client for Windows that is out there. It exposes all the features of the commandline while the shell extension makes it easy to track the status of your codebase. It is being maintained really well recently!
Pros
great for private distributed-codebase development (svn:externals)
Cons
can be tricky if you delegate too much power to people you do cannot trust
