I develop software for OMAP4460 and use STLabs USB to serial device with PL2303 chip. Baud rate 115200. It works fine but sometimes when I output a lot of data TeraTerm loses sync with data sent and I see gibberish on the screen, yet all characters are still ASCII, their position is wrong. I tried to enable Xon/Xoff control but it doesn't help. I do NOT see the same problem on putty. Tera Term version is 4.79, but it does happen on the previous versions as well.

I'm also experiencing this issue. Verry enoying when you are recording a UART log, when it happens I can start all over again. :-/
