Spazio XSP Base is a simple multi-platform file transfer system that
allows users to send and receive files between different systems using
IBM WebSphere MQ message-oriented middleware. It uses an open protocol
with an XML header.

Beepage is a Unix-based text paging package. Text pages sent by the client over TCP/IP are received by the provided server, which queues and transmits the data to any paging service providers that support the Telocator Alpha-numeric Protocol.

Yxorp is a reverse proxy for HTTP. All the fields
in requests can be checked and modified by rules.
Load balancing, virtual hosting, multiple TCP
ports, and SSL are supported. The configuration
can be modified on-line. Yxorp can be used to
protect Web sites, place pages behind a login,
rewrite URLs, etc.

WebTools is "system" of multiple modules and
libraries. Along with template engine
capabilities, it features session management,
global variables support, cookies support, and
various database interfaces. It also features a
pure Perl mail client, categories management, form
checking, and libraries such as a CGI-based
downloading library, HTML parsers, and a library
that makes PHP functions available to Perl for
ease of development.

Snare for Squid provides a remote distribution
facility for Squid proxy server logs, and is known
to run on most Unix variations, including Linux,
Solaris, AIX, Tru64, and Irix. Snare for Squid can
be used to send data to either a remote or local
SYSLOG server, or the Snare Server for centralized
collection, analysis, and archival.

Ec supports reading, composing, and filtering messages. It can send and receive mail to and from POP3 and SMTP servers, and route mail using sendmail, exim, and qmail. It also supports base-64 MIME attachments and multiple accounts.

MAU is a Mcafee version of NAU: it will look for
new versions of DAT files in the Mcafee Web site,
download them, and update workstations through a
login script using Samba or MS Windows NT
configured as a PDC server.

MoosicApplet is a GNOME panel applet which displays the current status of the Moosic jukebox server. It also provides some basic features for controlling the song player. It features a configurable layout and the ability to rewrite the song name in various ways to make it easier to read.

ProteomeCommons.org Java Analysis Framework is a
framework for referencing common mass spectrometry
data such as atoms and residues. This framework
provides a programmer with an easy-to-use library
for writing programs that rely on common mass
spectrometry data. The framework also contains
utilities such as an isotope calculator and a
reference for residue abbreviations.

Domingo is a simple, consistent, object-oriented, easy-to-use interface
to the Lotus Notes/Domino Java API. It helps with the "recycle" problem
and simplifies exception handling.

GNU EPrints is a solution for sites wanting to set up archives. By default it is configured to be an archive of research publications but can be easily altered. It is scalable and robust; all metadata is stored in UTF-8 rather than ASCII, and all "phrases" the system uses in user interaction are stored in an XML file for easy editing or translating. The system is built around Apache, mod_perl, and MySQL. Submissions are made via the Web and not entered into the main archive until approved by an editor.

OpenConnect is a client for Cisco's AnyConnect SSL VPN, which is supported by the ASA5500 Series, by IOS 12.4(9)T or later on Cisco SR500, 870, 880, 1800, 2800, 3800, 7200 Series and Cisco 7301 Routers, and probably others.

MazeRunner is a very extensible puzzle game that
is also meant to be (somewhat) a Mario clone,
featuring good music, graphics (2D), and other
features.

Loadmeter is a system monitoring app for X11 that displays stats and info, primarily system load, but also disk/memory usage. It has very small memory/desktop footprints.
