eCRM is not an ordinary mailing list manager or an
ordinary mailto CGI; it is a small Web-based
customer relationship management system. It
contains many usefull functions for business
needs. With eCRM you can manage your customers
online and transfer them in to your normal
applications. Key features include address
management, ability to group customer records,
statistics about your customers, automatic form
creation that can be implemented on several Web
sites (mailto that stores the contact in the
database), and more.

Mail::Toaster is an installer for a collection of software
which provides a full-featured mail server. The system is
built around the qmail mail transport
agent, with many additions and modifications.

PHPMyList provides central mailing list facilities
for a website with open subscription by users.
Written in PHP and MySQL, the system is entirely
web based (no need for cron jobs).

Minimalist is a mailing list manager. It is small, fast, and easy to setup and maintain. It supports per-user settings, a write-only subscription option, multiple languages, a workaround for MIME-encoded messages, several levels of security, archiving, blacklisting, and more. It can be configured on a per-list basis as well as globally.

newsPro is a Web interface for
newsletters/announcements. Users can include
their email address in the database, and they will
receive email newsletters sent by this script. It is
available in English, German, and Russian. In
contrast to other similar scripts, no SQL is needed
for newsPro.

Bounceweb is a Perl-based solution for approving
bounced Majordomo messages through a Web
interface. It also comes with a CLI-based admin
tool.

posterity is a set of read-only email servers for
making email archives publicly available. It can
complement or replace a traditional mailing list and
Web archive.

SmartList is a mailing list manager. It is built
on top of procmail and provides for the simple
creation and handling of mailing lists, including
fully automated
subscription/unsubscription/help-request
processing, intelligent auto-removal of addresses
from the list that cause too many bounces, and a
built in archive server (with MIME support).

PHPEmaillist is a Web-based one-way
announcement system that allows you to send
emails to your subscribers. Visitors to your Web
site can easily subscribe and unsubscribe to
multiple lists. Each email can be personalized
with the recipients name, logs of all emails are
kept, and large lists can be processed.

Listserv is software for managing mailing lists: creating lists, distributing emails over the list, adding new subscribers, and adjusting settings. It can be operated via a Web interface, by sending email commands, or via TCP. liblistserv is the glue between listserv and your C program for manipulating or querying a mailing list. By calling the provided functions, your program does not need to parse the results. Liblistserv is a reentrant library, written in C, meant for communication over TCP with a running Listserv instance.

Shibboleth is a privacy and security-aware mailing list manager, perfect for allowing closed groups to interact on the Internet without interference from outsiders and former insiders. It features user verification to prevent any forged mailing to list, message digest handling, address standartization, header canonicalization, file serving, header-based passwords, PGP support, remote e-mail based management, lists moderation, message filters, and more.

mladmin automates some tasks of the administrators
of the mailing lists managed by Mailman. For
example, it can automatically discard the messages
being held for approval.

Exilist is a mailing list manager for Exim. It
supports a sophisticated, modern, and
good-looking Web interface, browser-based
administration (including list creation), and
multiple domains. It uses VERP-style bounce
detection and MySQL.
