Hello,

when I select the Test Data, Default (Random), it creates a file with random content. However, if I repeat the benchmark, the new file is the same as the previous file. Same thing if I close completely CrystalDiskMark and if I run it again, the new created temporary file has still exactly the same content (same hash).

Is it possible to have the random file creation being random between test ? Currently the results are not always accurate because some vendor use cache between repeated tests.

Tried with CrystalDiskMark 8.0.4c.

See for a 32MB file for instance, same SHA-256: CrystalDiskMark1BC394C7.tmp 9459bc6171cf8814b0d6ee60905c71c00fb8874f764542c366ece614799944ab 16/03/2023 19:27:32 16/03/2023 19:27:32 16/03/2023 19:27:49 33 554 432 CrystalDiskMark1BC3EA1A.tmp 9459bc6171cf8814b0d6ee60905c71c00fb8874f764542c366ece614799944ab 16/03/2023 19:27:54 16/03/2023 19:27:54 16/03/2023 19:28:06 33 554 432
