キーコンフィグで１つのパッドを複数のキーに設定することは不可能ですか？
例えばスネアを叩くとスネア＋タム１の２つが反応する…みたいなことは無理でしょうか。

理論上はできると思います。
が、KeyConfigで割り当てたキー配置は、選曲画面,リザルトなどの操作でも使われるため、そこに影響しないような仕組みを考える必要がありますね。
