epa automatically encrypts *.gpg files. It would be
usefull if it also allowed for automatic signing,
perhaps via:

;; -*- epa-file-encrypt-to: ("[e-mail]") -*-

;; -*- epa-file-sign-as: ("[e-mail]") -*-

Encrypting prohibits an attacker to read the files
but the attacker is still able to encrypt own content
to the pub key of the user...
