Need a way to force unload of allied units from my boats
This is double-edge feature , my units in allied boats could go somewhere i don't like.
But this risk is already present as i don't know where the allied boat will go, and embarking in it is a bet
I can't test just now, but at least there's action enablers for "Transport Unload" which is described as "Transport initiated unloading on the same tile" in S3_1/master.

"Transport initiated unloading on the same tile"
i.e., it's an action that you do with the transport that you control, not with the cargo unit which is not under your control.
I don't remember where it occured.
Maybe just close this, and change milestone to 3.1 as it seems to be already implemented ?
I tested this on S3_0 (running 2 allied clients, and setting things up in editor mode), and "Unload All From Transport" (Shift+T) in a city seems to work, at least in gtk3.22-client. While stable branches do not have the action enabler to make the behavior ruleset definable, the default behavior there seems to be to allow unloading.
In a game, all my boats where monopolized by allied caravans either in cities, or if near the coast. (with allied AIs going crazy and building tons of caravans for improving traderoutes)
And they stupidly stayed in my boats, never unload.
So i needed to :
=> we need a way to force unload of allied units from my transport units.
Edited : Even if not in our/allied cities throw them anywhere, potentially in dangerous zone (in which case this may cause diplomacy un-satisfaction)
I had a transport doing a bridge between two islands, and i could not use it. The unload should be kind, and try to put unloaded units in an allied land, not an enemy one.
