This seems to happen when one has editor mode active when quitting the client. Even gtk2-client on S3_0 gives equivalent error.

https://www.hostedredmine.com/issues/678976 might have relevant information. While the error message is different (from older gtk+ version?), it happens on GTK_CONTAINER() cast.
