Dateutils are a bunch of tools that revolve around fiddling with dates and times in the command line, with a strong focus on use cases that arise when dealing with large amounts of financial data. Their target market is shell scripts that need date calculations or calendar conversions, and as such they are highly pipe-able and modeled after their well-known cousins (e.g. dtest vs. test, or dgrep vs. grep).

Se trata de una característica de la versión. Se han agregado como grep Utilidades: dgrep para valores de fecha, tgrep para los valores de hora, TPrueba para los valores de tiempo y tcal para los valores de tiempo. Utilidades de repetición de modo sed ahora toda la línea si está en la línea de partidos, en lugar de escribir una advertencia. Ahora se admiten los compiladores que no admiten inicialización struct anónimo.

This is a feature release. Grep-like utilities have been added: dgrep for date values, tgrep for time values, ttest for time values, and tcal for time values. Utilities in sed-mode now repeat the whole line if nothing on the line matches, instead of writing a warning. Compilers which don't support anonymous struct initialization are now supported.
