LibPST, part of the ol2mbox project, provides functions in library form
for accessing Outlook's Personal Folders. Included with this library is
"readpst" to convert a PST file to mbox format.

Quite a major fix was made to the decryption of
"Compressible Encryption" PST files. There was an
incorrect byte set in the table which is now
fixed.
