A minor bug which occurred when erasing PICs was fixed. Support was added for a new PIC device family. A manpage was created.

This release compiles with gcc 3.2. Erasing of ID locations for PIC16F8xx devices has been fixed. Writing to the data EEPROM should work correctly now.
