Txt2tags converts a text file with minimal markup to HTML, XHTML, SGML, DocBook, LaTeX, Lout, Man page, Creole, Wikipedia, Google Code Wiki, PmWiki, DokuWiki, MoinMoin, MagicPoint, PageMaker, AsciiDoc, or ASCII Art. It is simple and fast and features automatic TOC, macros, filters, include, tools, GUI, CLI, and Web interfaces, translations, and extensive documentation.

A "Txt2tags User Guide" document has been added to centralize all the program information. Improvements are the mark for "raw text" (not parsed) and the new "%!encoding" command to specify the document charset. There is also a new "contrib" dir for user contributed stuff. Support for LaTeX documents has been added. Now multiple source files can be specified on the command line as "txt2tags -t html *.t2t". The URL matcher was improved and now gets paths such as http://this.com/// and http://this.com?var=abc#anchor correct. There is a new unhtml.vim script to convert by brute force an HTML file to a txt2tags file using Vim.
