Unieject is an eject command drop-in replacement
for Linux and FreeBSD that uses libcdio to send
commands to devices. It supports all the
features of the standard FreeBSD eject and the
most important ones of Linux eject.

Esta versión ha de trabajo de apoyo gettext. El "loadcd" alias ha sido añadido a trayclose. Ahora se construyen con los comunicados de hacer dist, y también genera el ChangeLog svn2cl mediante un archivo XSL (requieren xsltproc y el acceso al repositorio SVN unieject, que no es pública en este momento). Anteproyecto de apoyo para Doxygen ha sido añadido. Ahora unieject construye bien sin ningún tipo de advertencia.

Code cleanup
This release has working gettext support. The "loadcd" alias has been added to trayclose. Now releases are built with make dist, and it also generates the ChangeLog using an svn2cl XSL file (require xsltproc and access to the unieject SVN repository, which is not public right now). Preliminary support for Doxygen has been added. Now unieject builds fine without any kind of warning.
Esto es un lanzamiento importante. Gettext (internacionalización) Se agregó el soporte. Apoyo a un archivo de configuración con los parámetros por defecto esta en el comando unieject. Soporte para configurar envoltorios umount como pumount y hmount fue añadida. Una página de manual de prueba para la libunieject_setspeed (3) la función que estaba escrito. Esta versión requiere libconfuse y construye sólo con el CCG y la Corte Penal Internacional (con soporte para __attribute__ ((constructor)).

Major feature enhancements
This is a major release. Gettext
(internationalization) support was added. Support
for a configuration file with default parameters
was added to the unieject command. Support for
configurable umount wrappers like pumount and
hmount was added. A test manpage for the
libunieject_setspeed(3) function was written. This
version requires libconfuse and builds only with
GCC and ICC (with support for
__attribute__((constructor)).
El método de acceso por defecto para Linux CD-ROM se ha cambiado de ioctl a READ_CD, como ioctl parece haberse roto en los medios de comunicación SCSI. La página del manual se ha mejorado con información sobre las variables de entorno que afectan a la ejecución. Un parámetro fue añadido a cambiar el modo de acceso para el comando, y otro parámetro esta en el nivel de depuración para la salida de libcdio (pero no afecta a la verbosidad unieject).

Minor bugfixes
The default access method for Linux CD-ROMs was
changed from ioctl to READ_CD, as ioctl seems to
be broken on SCSI media. The man page was improved
with information about the environment variables
affecting the execution. A parameter was added to
change the access mode for the command, and
another parameter was added to set the debug level
for libcdio output (but doesn't affect unieject
verbosity).
Esta es la segunda pública "de trabajo" de versión, y la primera en llegar a Portage de Gentoo. En comparación con la primera versión, se dispone de una completa página de manual para la herramienta unieject, un "wannabe estable" interfaz API, y un soporte completo de FreeBSD para el modo ATAPI directa y el modo CAM.

Minor feature enhancements
This is the second public "working" version, and
the first to hit Gentoo's Portage. Compared to the
first release, it features a complete manpage for
the unieject tool, a "wannabe stable" API
interface, and a complete FreeBSD support for both
direct ATAPI mode and CAM mode.
