A new -window-id option for xscreensaver's preview window, a few minor bugfixes, and updating the PalmOS version to compile under Palm SDK 4.x.

Fixed a bug that caused X errors on some systems with PseudoColor
visuals when using the <I>-transparent</I> option, some portability
fixes for OpenVMS, added <I>xdaliclock.spec</I> so that everyone
can build their RPMs in the same way and a <I>-countdown</I>
option.
