題名のとおりです

is01 bb9 Recovery_kit 導入済み
の状態でインストールしましたが使わなくなったのでアンインストールしたいと思います

手順等がわかりませんのでお教えいただけませんか？

環境がわからないので、当たっているかどうか不明ですが、gingerbread用の
kernelを焼いた領域に元のイメージを焼いて再起動します。
これで、起動時に読み込まれ、起動するのは1.6環境となります。

recovery_kitを導入されているということは、kernelの書き換えなどの手順は
ご存じかと思います。

その上で、/dataの容量が気になるようなら /data/android/gingerbread 以下を削除します。
# rm -rf /data/android/gingerbread
