minix-up

  This is the third testing release of MINIX historical repository, 
using MINIX sources provided at Minix-vmd site. (1.5 to 2.0.3, 
standard only. same as test01 and test02)

  Testing release 03 aims: 
` * Treatments for RCS tags (Add repository with '-kb' option)
` * Added TRANSDETECT, test release of transition detection (relaxed file moving detection by filename)

Please report us the better way to be.
