河野と申します。

nkf 2.1.2 のコンパイル時のテストで Fail が出ます。
（perl モジュールも同じ）

test_data/q-encode-utf-8 Fail

見てみると、デコードはちゃんとできているようで、
テスト時の expect データが UTF で作成されるのが原因みたいです。

＃　私の環境は LANG が EUC です。

実際、LANG を UTF にしてコンパイルすると全部通ります。

テストのミスで、nkf -w とすべき所、-w を抜かしてしまっていました。
ecf2a983ff で修正しています。
