Hi, We can't upload new files into Sourceforge.net temporarily, http://sourceforge.net/docman/display_doc.php?group_id=1&docid=2352 > the impact is that projects cannot make new file releases. So I uploaded scim/uim/prime packages into geocities. WARNING: these packeges are experimental. http://www.geocities.jp/ep3797/packages_fedora01.html (PRIME is another Kana-Kanji conversion engine for Japanese.)
