既存のものは主に開発者向けRSSモジュールがほとんどであるが、簡単な設定のみでブログやサイト上にRSSリーダを設置可能。

tested on php5.x with "allow_url_fopen" and "allow_url_include" on in php.ini
fixed XML parse problem when come across RSS feeds with irregular characters.
