Well used (on Mac, have just resurrected Windows variant) X-platform web development tool that permits site sharing via exports/import zip files of pretty much any web site you care to develop.
It can be easily exported between platforms, even look/feel styles (css) can be exchanged in the same manner.

Basically this is a language independent multilingual English (US & UK), Welsh and any others that can be thought of (help still needed on the translation process) tool. Just 1 button and the whole interface changes language!
