はじめまして、taibouと申します。

TinyMCEforMT バージョン Ver1.00 Jaをインストールしましたが、日本語化されずに英語表記のままです。

langsフォルダ内も再アップロードしましたが変わりません。

使用環境は、IE6です。

よろしくお願いいたします。

MovableTypeのmt-config.cgiで設定したPublishCharsetがUTF-8、EUC-JPでない場合は日本語化が正常化されないケースが希にあります。
該当するPublishCharsetで無い場合、英語モードでも処理自体に問題はありません。
気になる場合は、プラグイン内の
language :　～
を
language : 'あなたのPublishCharset値'
と修正してみてください。
