1. weblinks モジュールの変更に伴い、下記の変更を行った
(1) Google PageRank を取得する pagerank クラスを新設した
(2) プラグインの処理を行う plugin クラスを新設した
(3) プラグインの管理を行う plugin_manage クラスを新設した
(4) xml 生成を行う build_xml クラスを新設した
(5) kml 生成を行う build_kml クラスを新設した
(6) 言語ファイル plugin を新設した
