Please make sure that there is no difference to that of the repository.
2. Try a new version of Unity
I'm using 4.1.5f1, the error will not come out.
Please try if you can upgrade.
3. Try a old version of MMD for Unity
Please try r145.
If show same error, try r144. r143, r142, ....

Maybe, I have a mistake. I don't grouped "using UnityEditor;" in UNITY_EDITOR directive. I have solved this problem at r147.
Please, run r147 on your environment.
