As noted in #44372, currently the main difference between ruleset_error(LOG_ERROR ...) and log_error() is that ruleset_error() has much smaller buffer than do_log() that log_error() uses.
Increase the ruleset_error() buffer size, so that there's no regressions when log_error() calls are turned to semantically more correct ruleset_error() calls.
