Key for "Slowly repeat the last 10s" for practicing

To tell the truth, we have already received similar request in the ticket #23897 (it says "Make practice mode!" in Japanese). We'll consider about how to make it well.

I often have problems with just a short part of a song. To practice these difficult parts it would be nice if only the last 5-10 seconds would be repeated. Preferably slowed down to 50% or 75%.
It could be used like this: * the "page up"/"page down" keys could be used to jump 5s back or forward while the song is playing. * the "left"/"right" arrow keys could be used to adjust the play-speed in 10% steps. * the "pause" key could be used to pause the game i.e. toggle the play-speed to 0%. * the play-speed could be displayed in the debug info that shows when pressing "del".
To be strict, the high score counting would have to be stopped whenever the play-speed is not 100% but I guess you can ignore that if it's too hard to implement :)
Of course I'm aware that I can change the play-speed in the Options but playing a whole 4min song at 50% just to practice a 10s drum solo is boring.
