the synch process automatically retries on fail, new pppoeci process
protocol handling (eoc's handling) has been added, pppoeci soft
disconnection is available, the new program eciadsl-ctrlui (base user
interface) and the new script eciadsl-testconnection have been added,
and many bugs have been fixed.
