The Expense Submittal System (ESS) is a Web-based solution for the creation of expense reports, expense report approval, payment, and accounting. The complete expense reporting process is covered. ESS provides report entry, approval routing, corporate policy checking, credit card statement importation, paperless receipt management, and report payment.

Este comunicado ha renovado el módulo de auditoría y fija varios errores en el reportero de a lado con ESS 4.0. Auditoría de pantallas de edición han sido refinados. This release has revamped the audit module and fixed several bugs on the reporter-side with ESS 4.0. Audit edit screens have been refined. The pre-populated import process is generalized and now driven by XML descriptors. The reconcilement process has been QA’d. All ESS functions can now be performed with a Mozilla Firefox (2.0) browser as well as a MS IE (5.0+) browser. A modification to the SMTP process has been made to support Quail servers. Some new screens, targeting GST support, are included. Current users should upgrade.
