MCabber is a small Jabber console client. It features SASL/TLS/SSL support, multi-user chat, PGP support, history logging, dynamic modules, and external actions triggers. It also has support for Aspell/Enchant for spell checking and OTR (Off-The-Record) messaging.

Este importante lanzamiento se basa en la biblioteca Loudmouth (en la que SASL y el apoyo absoluto de DNS SRV, entre otras cosas) y tiene soporte para módulos dinámicos. Algunas mejoras se han llevado a la interfaz de usuario, así como el signo de atención, las prioridades de amortiguamiento, y recibos de mensajes.
This major release is based on the Loudmouth library (which brings SASL and DNS SRV support, among other things) and has support for dynamic modules. Some improvements have been brought to the UI as well, like the attention sign, the buffer priorities, and Message Receipts.
