nxtvepg is a decoder and browser for Nextview, a subscription-free electronic TV program guide in the analog domain. Nextview EPG currently is broadcast in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, France, and Turkey, and it covers the schedules of all major TV networks in these countries. nxtvepg is an X11 application with a GUI based on Tcl/Tk and uses video4linux or BSD bktr drivers for data acquisition through a TV tuner card.

Atajos Filtro organización se amplió para permitir el uso de sub-carpetas y separadores. Varias opciones de línea de comandos se han añadido para simplificar el control de la adquisición a través de secuencias de comandos. Un nuevo decodificador de teletexto se incluyó lo que puede lidiar mejor con mala recepción de señal de TV. Decodificación de las tasas de error de salida también se agregó a las estadísticas de adquisición. Una obra-alrededor de 2 ª generación de controladores de video4linux se añadió para evitar los cambios de canal accidental durante viendo televisión. Filter shortcuts organization was extended to
allow the use of sub-folders and separators.
Several command line options were added to
simplify acquisition control via scripts. A new
teletext decoder was included which can deal
better with bad TV signal reception. Decoding
error rates output was also added to the
acquisition statistics. A work-around for 2nd
generation video4linux drivers was added to
prevent inadvertent channel changes during TV
watching. Many more minor improvements and fixes
were made.
