Minor feature enhancements
PHP-Mesh no longer requires .phpmeshrc to be in
the document root. It will search from the current
URL up to the document root, correctly handling
Apache aliases in the process. Therefore, you can
now run PHP-Mesh on applications which are aliased
from outside the document root, and you can
override the decorator used on a per-directory
basis simply by dropping in a different file. The
example site has also been cleaned up, so that
users should only have to copy the example into
the Web server and modify its .htaccess file to
point at the PHP-Mesh directory.
