Poor Man's Content Management System (PMCMS)
is a content management system for maintaining
Web sites. It is designed to make maintaining a
Web site easier, to simplify the production of
usable Web sites, and be simple to use itself. It has
a build system (for building an entire Web site)
based on GNU Make, and an HTML generating
system based on MP4H - a macro processor for
HTML.
