Poppler is a PDF rendering library derived from xpdf. It has been enhanced to utilize modern libraries, and new features have been added. It also provides basic command line utilities.

Improvements were made to Annotation support, Form support, and to performance in general. Many enhancements were made to the Splash backend. New options were added to the utilities. The frontends were improved. Many other enhancements were made.

Precision in the PS output device was increased. A workaround was introduced for a bug when converting PDF to PS with Level1. Handling of broken files was again improved. Several minor crashes and other minor bugs were fixed.
Un problema de espacio de color en el backend Cairo fue corregido. Un accidente en caso de fallo de jpeg_create_decompress (), así como un accidente en el llenado de ciertas formas fueron corregidos. A colorspace issue in the Cairo backend was fixed. A crash on failure of jpeg_create_decompress(), as well as a crash in filling certain forms were fixed. An overlay bug in the generation of Level 1 separable PostScript was resolved. A leak in the Splash backend and a leak in the Glib frontend for pages with no text were fixed. Other minor fixes were made.
