オンラインリカバリーを実施したとき

というメッセージが表示され、Phase1のリカバリーが失敗しました。
再度同じコマンド(Phase-1)を実行したところ、

org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: ERROR: trigger "administrator_logger"
for relation "administrator" already exists
org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: ERROR: current transaction is aborted,
commands ignored until end of transaction block

というメッセージが表示されPhase-1を実行することができませんでした。
この環境でリカバリーを続行するにはどのようにすればよろしいでしょうか？
また、原因について何かわかりますでしょうか？

実際の実行したコマンドは以下のとおりです。
リカバリーコマンドの実行は、障害が発生したマシン上で実行しています。
