ChangeDir changes the current working directory as
TeraTerm sees it. Please add GetDirOfTeraTermEXE which
reads the current directory the TeraTerm.exe is
operating in.

ChangeDir changes FileDir of Teraterm.
It is not _getcwd() of ttermpro.exe.
And it is not same as the place of ttermpro.exe binary too.
Which do you want to use?
