CRC failure(Checksum failure) when trying to load the kernel, send to the board using kermit send.
I am using Tera Term Version 2.3(Windows version).
I tried to send kernel(uimage) to my board using kermit.
Everything was shown as success. But on booting the board after flashing the kernel, at the point of loading the kernel, CRC checksum failure was shown(for header). Some extra 2 bytes were shown in image filename. Does teraterm insert any additional bytes to the image, before sending the file using kermit send.
I have checked whether it is an issue with the image itself and found that there was no issue with the image, flashed the same image successfully with hyperterminal. There was no checksum failure when loading kernel.
