xhelper is a tool to automate and control the
desktop. It can resize windows, move windows, feed
keystrokes to windows, run programs, and automate
a group of programs.

wmsupermon is a universal monitoring dockapp. It
can be used to monitor CPU usage, disk I/O, memory
usage, swap, filesystems, space utilization,
network traffic, wireless link quality, CPU
frequency, CPU temperature, fan speed, voltages
(without requiring lm_sensors), battery status
(with actual, not "reported", discharge rate),
traffic from your router, or anything else. It can
open and maintain many dockapp windows with one
dockapp process.

Lunchbox is a dynamic tiling window manager for X11. It allows windows to be resized by squishing them against the edge of the screen. In a step away from the desktop metaphor, all programs are given a separate workspace and unique arrangement of windows, and any window can become the desktop. It offers an in-built scalable tab replacement called the Title Menu, which allows any window to be swapped with any other window that fits, allowing very fine grained control over the layout of the screen. Finally, although many windows default to tiling, any window can be changed to a Floating mode, which dialog boxes default to.

BadWM is a minimalistic window manager for the X
Window System. It features no window decorations
except for a simple 1 pixel border, no icons, no
menu, good keyboard control (including
repositioning and vertical/horizontal/full
maximization), is configurable through a config file, virtual desktops, small binary size, high usability, intelligent window placement, intellegent window resizing, snap to edge, snap to border, and multi-head support.

boxmenu is a Python module for reading, writing, and
editing menus in HackedBox, BlackBox, and related
window managers.

rep-xmms is a module for the rep dialect of Lisp
which allows you to control XMMS. Also included is
a module for sawfish allowing XMMS to be
controlled via keybindings.

ob3_theme is an openbox pipe-menu program that
generates an XML menu based on available themes.
The menu entry can be clicked to change to the
selected theme.

NovaWM is a very fast, very small, and very unique
window manager.

Pop3eye is a POP3 email notifier. It can be placed in a "dock", or use a regular or undecorated popup window. Regular expressions are used to filter email. It can display up to 20 partial lines of the email body in a tooltip window. It can monitor and display an unlimited number of accounts. You can choose to show messages using regular expressions, or delete messages from the server.

wmThemeCh is a dockapp to change your Window Maker
theme/background
with categories. Left-click changes between themes
belonging to the
current category. Right-click changes the
category. You can optionally
ask wmThemeCh to change the theme periodically.

wmVolMan is a small volume manager for Window
Maker. It handles hotpluggable devices and
removable media that are added to or removed from
the system.

foodock is a library to create dockable WindowMaker applications with GTK. The library contains just one function and is very easy to use.

mount.app is a Window Maker dock app for managing your mountable storage devices. It's an attempt at making mounted devices intuitive and user-friendly. A configuration app, written with GTK+, is included.

Style is the ongoing C++ port of IBM's SWT for
Java, itself deriving from IBM's VisualAge for
SmallTalk, with two major twists. First, it is
written in 100% ISO-C++ with no specific compiler
dependencies, and second, it comes with a
threading model design that guarantee that users
won't be stuck with busy cursors forever. It
currently targets OS X, Win32, and GTK.

wmspaceclock (or spaceclock for short) is an antialiased analog clock for the Window Maker dock to show the current local time. It has configurable background and configurable antialiased hand shapes (vector-based) and comes with more than a dozen themes.
