phpwebtools is a full-featured Web toolkit, containing classes to aid in the development of Web-based applications using standard windowing conventions (such as the GTK notebook) and wrappers and tools for other commonly-used PHP functions.

SQL Power Architect is a data modeling tool with additional features geared specifically for data
warehouse and data mart design. It allows the
designer to open multiple concurrent source
database connections, create and explore profiles
of the source data, discover differences between two schemas (even if they're on different database platforms), drag and drop source schemas,
tables, and columns into the data modeling
playpen, and forward engineer the resultant target
database and its associated ETL template.

mod_processdsn for Apache httpd exposes delivery status notifications recorded within an SQL database via a restful HTTP interface. The delivery status notifications are expected to have been recorded by the processdsn tool as part of the Mail Service project.

OpenACS (Open Architecture Community System) is a
mature toolkit for building scalable,
community-oriented Web applications. Significant
functionality is built-in, including user
management, user group management, permissions,
discussion forums, FAQ management, e-commerce,
file storage, content management, and more.
OpenACS is the foundation for many products and
Web sites, including the .LRN e-learning platform.

STK/Unit is a pure SQL testing framework for MariaDB and MySQL. Users can create Base Tests (Stored Procedures) which are part of Test Cases (databases) and, optionally, Test Suites (other Stored Procedures).
Output is stored in internal tables. You can convert it to a human-readable string, valid HTML, or query some convenient views which group results. It can be used to test any SQL structure (tables, views, triggers, stored routines), as well as server upgrades or configuration changes.

CrunchyFrog is a database navigator and SQL
client. Currently, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle,
SQLite3, MS SQL Server, Firebird, Informix, and MaxDB are supported for browsing and querying.

check_mssql_health is a plugin for Nagios that allows you to monitor an MS SQL Server. Among the list of metrics are time to login, buffer cache hit rate, page life expectancy, full table scan rate, free space in databases, batch requests/second, and many more. Installation of the DBD::Sybase Perl module is required.

2do is a simple to-do list manager written in PHP
and using a MySQL database backend. It supports
unlimited numbers of projects, has templated HTML
allowing for complete customisation, and can be
publically viewable by all, or can be protected by passwords. Administration is done via simple Web-based forms.

SQLshout is a Shoutcast-compatible streaming source
client which uses an SQL database as a source for the
song information. The goal is to create a shoutcast radio
stream that can be interactive with a Web application for
voting, weighted playlist generation, and song requests.

P* (P-star) is a Web programming language that incorporates common tasks like template handling and database queries into the language. It features MySQL database access with prepared statements, HTML templates, standard arithmetic and variables, functions, structs, (to-be-classes), JSON output, and GET and POST. Programs can be run on the command line, in a CGI environment, or by the P* Apache Module.
