DEMUX Framework enables Java developers to build modular, cross-platform applications which can run on desktop, Web, and mobile and embedded devices. It is based on OSGI and supports creating JavaFX desktop applications, mobiles apps (Android, iOS, Windows), and Web applications.

The tcb suite implements the alternative password
shadowing scheme on Openwall GNU/*/Linux (Owl)
which allows many core system utilities (passwd(1)
being the primary example) to operate with little
privilege. It is being made available separately
from Owl primarily for use by other distributions.
This package contains three core components of the
tcb suite: pam_tcb (a PAM module which supersedes
pam_unix), libnss_tcb (the accompanying NSS
module), and libtcb (a library for accessing tcb
shadow files, used by the PAM and NSS modules as
well as by user management tools on Owl).

Libc-X provides extensions to the standard C
library implementing useful and powerful data
structures and functions. Its Unix name is libcx.
It is not a template layer. It is made entirely
with the C standard language, compatible with C++,
and portable. All developed structures are
designed to be used in stand-alone mode with
limited dependencies with other features of
Libc-X. For example, you can easily extract the
header and the .c source of Hashtable and use it
outside Libc-X.

Boscli is a framework to create interactive command line interfaces. It is meant to help developers write interactive shells for domain specific tasks. It provides an easy way to wrap and join together command line apps and utilities and create specific shells with security levels and modes, history, auto-completion, and so on. Using this framework any developer can build an interactive command line interface for configuration or monitor an appliance in a few minutes. Boscli can be used as a "glue code" for an appliance's interface or to create a "homogeneous" administration interface for different systems and applications.

Rikulo UI is a framework for creating incredible cross-platform Web and native mobile applications using Dart and HTML5.

WebBot is a Web development toolset which is designed to sit nicely on top of your existing infrastructure. It is built with a collection of Open Source tools which together enable building Python Web applications the same way native ones are built and running these applications on top of the leading Python frameworks (such as Django and Google's App Engine). As a result, the WebBot framework encourages reuse, concise code, rapid development, and happy developers.

DEPUI is a portable graphic user interface library written in C. Its focus is on small size, efficiency and portability. It works for a variety of platforms and compilers.

gnomemm (previously Gnome--) is a set of C++ bindings for the GNOME libraries, for use with gtkmm. It includes libgnomemm, gconfmm, libglademm, libgnomecanvasmm, and libgnomeuimm.

pyNMS is a set of Python modules for network
management, network testing, systems management,
and general use. It contains a nearly complete
implementation of SNMPv2c, a SMI/MIB package, and
a MIB "compiler". There are many others, such as a
telnet/console access class, XML tools, an IPv4
class, etc. There is, unfortunately, little
documentation, and not everything works properly
yet, but they work well enough to be useful for
many things.

The Internet Document And Report Server (IDRS) is a full Web development platform. All pages are built using an XML like dialect called the Reporting Markup Language (RML), can be generated using data from any JDBC complient database, and mostly require no programming logic. For reports that do require programming logic, RML pages can also use external Java classes and embedded JPython and BeanShell scripts for a higher level of control. Features of the IDRS include user-based security, data connection pooling for use by both the central IDRS system and by individual reports, and multiple databases to be used for each report and JSP.

Uliweb is a full-stacked Python Web framework. Its three main design goals are reusability, configurability, and replaceability. All the functionalities revolve around these goals. It features ORM, Templates, Views, i18n, etc., and provides commandline tools to improve development efficiency.

Zyan Communication Framework simplifies development of distributed applications. It works on Windows, Linux, Mac OS, and Android platforms via .NET or Mono runtimes. It features LINQ support for three-tier applications, full duplex TCP support, traffic, compression, and encryption, transparent support for events and EBC (event-based components), and Windows and LDAP authentication support.
