そんなことはないです。LHa for UNIX に関わるようになった以上
ライセンス問題は、私にも関係することです。このような話題も歓
迎します。(ライセンスに疎いので明確な回答はできないのですが)

そうですね。私が知っている限りでは一番制限の少ないライセンス
なのではないかと思っています(私のライセンスに関する知識は大
したことはないのですが)。昔は広告義務みたいなのもあったので
すが、それもなくなってますし。

LHa for UNIX に私が入れた vsnprintf.c (これは ruby に同梱の
ものを持って来たのですが)の冒頭には、

っとあります。紛らわしいですが 3 項はなくなっています。

同じく lha に同梱した fnmatch.c にはこのような注意書きがない
ですあまりよくないかなあ？fnmatch.c を書いた人が 3 項をなく
す気がなかったのでしょうか。。

が詳しいです。もちろん、私は宣伝条項のない最近の BSD license 
を推しています。

っと書いているのですが、どの程度の変更があったのか(それとも
本当に綿崎氏がすべて書き換えたのか)よくわからないのですが。
