Minitube is a YouTube application for Mac, Linux, and Windows. With it, you can watch YouTube videos in a new way: you type a keyword, and Minitube gives you an endless video stream. Minitube does not require the Flash Player. It is not about cloning the original YouTube Web interface, but strives to create a new TV-like experience.

Boxtream is both an audio and video encoder and streamer and an assembly of audio and video hardware, forming a mobile video streaming studio. It is designed to easily record and stream live presentations, including a presenter and synchronized slides, or slides only, or presenter only. It was built to stream live courses over the Internet for distance learning students. It supports and autodetects several brands and models of video switchers. It can be entirely controlled remotely over XML-RPC, and includes an X11 interface. By default, it supports seven different streaming and recording scenarios. The software part can also be used with very minimal hardware, like a DV camcorder and a laptop, or even with only a USB webcam.

NMM (Network-Integrated Multimedia Middleware) is a flow graph based multimedia framework. NMM allows a programmer to create distributed multimedia applications: local and remote multimedia devices or software components can be controlled transparently and integrated into a common multimedia processing flow graph. NMM is a set of cross-platform libraries and applications. A software development kit (SDK) is also provided.

tsdecrypt reads an incoming MPEG transport stream over UDP/RTP and then decrypts it using keys obtained from OSCAM or a similar CAM server. Currently supported crypto systems are Conax, Cryptoworks, Irdeto, Viaccess, Mediaguard (Seca), Videoguard (NDS), Nagra, DRE-Crypt, and Bulcrypt. BISS and constant code words are also supported. tsdecrypt communicates with a CAM server using the cs378x (camd35 over TCP) protocol or the newcamd protocol.

PS3 Media Server is a DLNA compliant UPNP media server for the PlayStation 3. It is ready to launch and play. It has no codec packs to install. It does not require folder configuration and pre-parsing or any other annoying preparation. All your folders are directly browsed by the PS3, and folder displays are automatic refreshed. It also features real-time video transcoding of various formats, direct streaming of DTS/DTS-HD core to the receiver, remuxing H264/MPEG2 video and all audio tracks to AC3/DTS/LPCM in real time, full seeking support when transcoding, and much more.

interface, designed to manage an array of servers.
It allows the user to create and edit servers and
to graph listener counts and global counts. It
offers multiple levels of user access.

UDP IPTV to RTSP proxy is a lightweight GNU/Linux daemon which, being installed on a LAN router, provides on-demand access to UDP multicast streams via RTSP, RTP, and HTTP unicast protocols.

The server itself does not support streaming of any files, it only can receive incoming multicast streams provided by your ISP and retransmit them to interested local clients.

The main purpose of the software is to provide simple IPTV service to small office or home ethernet and/or Wi-Fi LANs where upgrading the network to handle multicast correctly is not an option.

It is not intended to handle large-scale installations and service clients you don't trust (like the public Internet).
